On Windows XP, there are user folders on the "Documents" folder,

and "PortableApps.comPlatform" follows the same rule.

The problem is that if I install "PortableApps.comPlatform" on my computer (per user), I will not be able to open the Pictures, Videos, and Music folders.
For example, it opens %UserProfile%\Documents\Music instead of %UserProfile%\Music
