Bug with the HttpServer middleware where the app won't listen on the port:

• How to extend Cli middleware with new options.
• How to extend Routes middleware to use with Restify.

• Remove _addSecHeaders middleware
• Change _removeSecHeaders middleware to only remove the Server header for Restify

The production install size can be reduced by 9mb by replacing the express-winston module which has a dependency on lodash.
