I would like to thank you for this implementation, the LYWSD03MMC integration has been requested many times into OpenMQTTGateway
Your code helped me understand and find a working sequence for the integration.
I will push the modification soon, OpenMQTTGateway is licensed under GPL V3 for info, so let me know if it is an issue for you.

First of all thank you for the esp32lywsd03mmc project ! It was really helpful for me to include these small temp/humidity sensors in my Domoticz Home Automation system.
I first compiled and uploaded your code in ESP32-CAM because it was the only ESP32 I had at the begining. I had nearly no issue to make it work.
But recently I bought some Nodemcu-ESP32S and the AZ-Delivery Nodemcu modules and I had similar issues, the ESP32 was constantly rebooting during WiFi initializing.
I tried with different power supply and USB cables but no way, ESP was rebooting over and over again.
I've checked in your code and just added a delay (300) after wifi.begin command and it solved the problem.

I had to correct this to #include <ArduinoJson.h> and added ArduinoJson to the libs.

I saw you're planning perhaps to add support for other devices, this one I am interested in: LYWSD02
