Duplicate playlists created

For larger playlists, the request seems to restart, creating a duplicate playlist. This can also lead to a 429 error.

Large file uploads timeout on Heroku

Use pass through uploads to prevent dyno from timing out: https://devcenter.heroku.com/articles/s3#direct-upload

API rate limit 429 errors

Still getting the occasional 429 error when hitting the rate limit. This is with chunks of 80 tracks at a time, and a 20 second wait between requests. The Spotify documentation doesn't state the exact restrictions.

Does not populate playlists with songs

I thought this would be an incredibly useful tool. Unfortunately all it seems to currentlt do is create the playlist with a title. The playlists remain completely devoid of the actual songs. It does not seem to sync the tracklist anylonger whatsoever.
