add reactions to physics

It would be good to add a column about whether the code support reactions (chemical or nuclear)

add information about time integration

In the physics list, it would be good to have an indication of whether the methods are explicit in time, implicit, or somewhere in-between (like low-Mach, anelastic, ...)
