Hi @pmac,

I'm currently setting up Dokku with this plugin on some of my projects and it's working lovely so far, thanks for the amazing work!

One issue i'm encountering currently is that if the repo is a private repo then it's unable to access the repository through the http link that it receives from the body at this line. Is this something you know about?

What I would assume would be nice to have is a config environment variable that has a TRUE/FALSE variable that then does the pull via ssh instead.
Basically just grab everything after github.com/ and add it to [email protected]:.

I'm having a problem deploying this deployer app to a new dokku instance.
Step 7 from the installation instructions is driving me to the following error:

Step 8/20 : RUN groupadd -g ${GROUP_ID} dokku
 ---> Running in 8ad22fcf6a7b
groupadd: GID '0' already exists
remote: The command '/bin/sh -c groupadd -g ${GROUP_ID} dokku' returned a non-zero code: 4

Started with just GitHub. Probably others out there as well.

Should be pretty easy to do given webhooks from docker hub contain the image name. Might be out of scope for this project though.
