drupal9-govcms9's Issues

remove ddev directory

Describe the bug

There is no sync between the ddev config and the .platform.app.yaml config which can lead to the two drifting and no longer be in sync. We should remove the .ddev directory and instead point the user to the Ddev+platformsh addon directions.

[Enhancement] update last.updated via workflow

What in this template can be improved or added as a feature?

Customers creating projects from these templates get a copy of this repository. After that, there is no connection back to this template. Since these templates are constantly being improved, in attempting to assist customers using our templates, it would be helpful to know what version of the template they started from. The simplest, least intrusive method is to add a date stamp to a file so we can compare that date with merges. from there we'll have a solid idea of what they're working with.

What exactly should be updated?

add workflows to update the ./.platform/last.updated file with the current Date for better tracking of what version of the template a customer is using.

How important is this feature to you?

Restore lost files

Describe the bug

PR #18 should not have been merged. seems template-builder included a bunch of things it shouldnt have.

When moving forward with the changes to template builder, I incorrectly assumed that PR-18 was correct and ready to merge, and was just waiting for workflow changes to be implemented. Once we discovered the issue, this repository was rolled back, but in doing so, lost the correct changes that were in PR #18. We need to re-add those back in.

These changes were a new header icon, a new svg logo and an update to the README
