Django includes the URL for the not found page in the output of the page. This causes the VRT tests for 404 to fail as the text content is different. Add an override for that path to remove this false negative.

last updated workflow has been moved into the post-pr-acceptance workflow, but it is also included in its own workflow file.

3. one instance of last updated runs
4. See a second instance try to run
