Fingerprint sensor not working on Realme 6

I was able to register one fingerprint while doing first setup but when I tried to add another it showed error: "Enrollment not completed", "Try with other finger or complete enrollment". I have flashed the ROM twice but issue persists

Device: Realme 6 (RMX2001)
ROM: PPUI 4.1 (A12)

OTG not working

OTG NOT WORKING.
I EENABLE USB-OTG BUT STILL IT'S NOT SHOW.MY DEVICES REALME X(RMX1901).

Realme settings is not available

I wanted to change the refresh rate but it's not possible since I couldn't find realme settings.
