== Installation ==

1. Upload the `social-me` folder and all of it's contents to the `/wp-content/plugins/` directory
2. Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress

= How do I add extensions for another social media platform? =

If there is already an extension (not plugin) coded to the "Social Me" standards, drop it in the `extensions` folder and activate it in the extension manager.
