I'm getting loads of errors in the console:

Which is making it quite hard to debug my own extension.
I think it's because some editors (settings, extensions, etc.) don't have a document.
BTW - nice extension. Not sure why it's not built in?
First of all; great plugin. It seems like a little change to have a visible icon in the gutter instead of the problem tab, but it's way easier now to spot issues!
It's currently not possible to add a breakpoint by clicking in the gutter, when there is a error-gutters-symbol there. It does work with the F9 shortcut though, but it would be nice if just clicking in the gutter like we use to works too.
Sometimes errors aren't errors, but more like warnings how things could be better, like example below on line 141, where we just want to add a breakpoint on them to see a value for example.
I never created plugins for VS Code, but as VS Code is based on Chromium my guess would be that pointer-events: none;
on the icons css could be a fix?
Features that would be nice here:
E.g.: SublimeText gutter warnings are simpler and nicer to the eyes
add some options like customize which diagnostic levels to show icon.
I remember there was an extension that would recommend refactoring, and it was possible to to right click to ignore certain recommendations it would make. I wonder if it would be possible to have it for everything in general.
For example: the specific error "unittest" is possibly unbound
by Pylance is annoying, and I know the code will be executed just fine, so I could simply ignore it.
