Hi Arthur,

First off, appreciate the interest in using Donald as a base. Very cool!

I've had a review of the project, and I think it's a neat start. Personally, I am no longer a fan of any sort of reflection-based approach to this type of work. In my years of doing this, I've found it hurts more often than it helps. So I will happily map my records (or objects in C#) manually. That was my main impetus for creating both this project and the C# sister project Spiffy.

That said, if you a truly keen on this kind of approach I would highly recommend fastmember as opposed to any of the built-in functionality. It has a much lower overhead, and some very nice features to make this type of work easier. I have used it tons of times for this exact purpose with success.
