I was trying to replicate the paper in order to get the data from graph #3 (about informal consumption) but couldn't replicate it because in the .zip file there isn't files such as the survey's one or the server_header.doh.

Another issue is about the command "valuesof" which is not valid for stata, I tried to replace it with "levelsof" but don't know if it is right.

Please let me know abaout this concerning, It will be very useful for me.
