• programming: level of expertise in a programming language
• math.stat: how often correct at math and stat problems
• organizer: how often student uses a to do list or organizer to organize their tasks
• discussion: how often student enjoys class discussion
• group.work: how often student enjoys groupwork
• dealine: how often student meets deadlines
