Comms over other protocols

Right now everything talks over https.
That's neat, but its easy to spot.
Having ICMP or DNS or some other protocol would be super cool.
reminder for myself / feature request

autoconfig / autodeploy script

at the moment the only way to make dtc2 go is to manually go edit a bunch of files.
there should be a script that auto-generates the payloads based on input you give it, similar to how msfvenom generates payloads when you give it input.

payloadgen -> wrap in platypus -> drop on phishing host -> get someone to fetch/run it.

Obfuscation of local files

Need to somehow obfuscate the files that land on disk so it's not absurdly simple to determine whats going on. This could mean finding something that'll obfuscate shellscripts, or it could mean rewriting dtc2 in another language.
this is just a reminder / placeholder
