Create a rebalance method that emits an event based on whether the contracts position should increase or decrease it's position.

• create modular card component (info display)
• create list of said components
• add mint/redeem dropdown to asset card component

• add link / button to asset cards that redirects to a management tab
• add rebalance button to allow users to rebalance the system
• show extra stats about leveraged token such as current collateralization level

• have automated testing work
