Hi, i've started to use Serial-Comm-Tester and it's working very well. (thanks so much for sharing)

I have it running on WIndows 10, with a USB to Serial device plugged in

One thing I'd like to do is connect a RS232 device to it, and detect what pin configuration it's using to communicate ?

Is that possible to do ? Can Serial-Comm-Tester tell me which pin is being used for what e.g. TX and GND being the main ones ?

When it comes to RX I assume that would not be possible to detect , unless you know anything ?)

I've downloaded the zip file and was really looking to give it a go.

Byt when i tried to install it on Windows 10, it really doesn't like it
I have hit at least 3 warning messages so far, unknown zip files, Publisher cannot be verified etc.

Should I be concerned ?

windows 10 can not refresh com port?

Hi, i'm working with an high baud rate UART device (921600 ) so i modified your code in order to support my speed. In the future you could extend your baudrate selection to 921600 for example. An additional intresting feature could be a script executor. In my current project i send 32bit integers with 4 RS232 byte and now i need to save data received in HEX and then with another program i'm able to recover from hex my 32 bit integers. If you develop a live script executor on data reception i could get directly my integer numbers, and see them immediatly and at run time. Mine was only an example. It's not easy, i know, but your program could be the first with this feature.

thanks for this awesome software , i cant receive data but i can send it , i am using 1734-485ASC module , send data is perfectly fine and i can see the data at PLC software but somehow receiving is an issue , what end delimiters do use or handshaking mode?
master / slave ? or immediate ? how can i receive data from the module . i set end delimiters as $R$L or +CR +LF nothings seems to work .

plz help me with this
