If/Condition support

• Create Unit Tests for Condition similar to "FillObjectTests", for both object and collection
• Create a condition method "Condition", for both object and collection

Require Open AI API access

Condition method bool Condition(string userMessage, TObject obj) to be created in "GenCode" class, see "FillObject" and "FillCollection" method for sample. Ensure system prompt is designed properly.

Ensure all tests are working and Condition is working for both object and collection before merging PR
