Missing Settings Tabs

I seem to be having an issue with the application where the tabs for World and Biome Settings are not showing up. I assume they're supposed to based on the cursory glance at your code, and that it's not because they haven't been implemented yet in 1.0.13. I can't get them to appear no matter the scale, and even reopening it doesn't help.

I'm on Windows 7, fairly old hardware, wouldn't be surprised if it's just me... screenshot attached.

Unhandled exception

I've followed the guide to save a custom object, when using OTGEdit convert tool I've been prompted with this error dialog (https://pastebin.com/D7LmDGad), then OTG edit went into an endless loading and never completed the conversion.

Here is the schematic I tried to convert: tree.zip

Feature Request: Dump Biome Colour Palette

It would be very handy to have a way to dump all the biome colours from a world to some kind of palette in a png file. That would make doing a map with FromImage mode so much easier, it's hell doing it by hand with 90 odd biomes - let alone the 450+ in Biome Bundle.

It would need to include the biome names, as well as a swatch of the relevant colour. Bonus points for identifying and flagging duplicates when trying to dump the colour set.

I'm not sure how popular or useful this request would be, as I have no idea how many folks use FromImage mode.
