Thanks for your excellent code . However I could not fully understand the function CDFofNormalDistribution(). I only know this function can calculate the probability of individual center number candidate. The p0-p6 and q1-q7 are stand for what? Could you please give me a some ideas? In addition, I may found a bug of the searchRadius function running on windows. It can not pass the compiling stage on VS IDE. Because "dist.reserve(nElem);" should change to "dist.resize(nElem);" to allocate memory. While It passed the compiling stage on MinGW. But the nth_element() function doesn't work for reserved vector. May be this error is only in windows platform. But when I test the modified code with D31 data, the tau need to be set to 0.018 to get 31 clusters, not 0.03.
