Error 400 on create-activity

In the setup-pipeline.ps1, when running forge-da create-activity, the console send the following result:

Creating/updating an activity
Request failed with status code 400

After some research, it seems to be linked to the following error

Add support for BIM360 commands

Currently forge-cli-utils supports the OSS commands, it would be great to have support for BIM360 data management commands, so that one could interact with BIM360 site hubs, projects, folders, items and versions.

It should support both 3 LO and 2 LO, with x-user-id headers, as login flows.
