Hi,

Thank you so much for the sharing. I was learning following the protocol. When I run the piplines, snakemake --latency-wait 60 --use-conda --cores 8 -s cellect-ldsc.snakefile --configfile ../config/config-ldsc-dietpref_merino20200511.yml

A error was happened as follow;

MissingOutputException in rule format_genes in file /scratch/users/m/e/MJ/Merino_2020/CELLECT/cellect-ldsc.snakefile, line 263:
Job 8 completed successfully, but some output files are missing. Missing files after 60 seconds. This might be due to filesystem latency. If that is the case, consider to increase the wait time with --latency-wait

Shutting down, this might take some time.
Exiting because a job execution failed. Look above for error message

I try to fix the problem with different solutions, but not success. Do you have any suggestion for them? Thanks a lot.
