Uses GMT for execute time.

Describe the bug
Script uses GMT and not server location or timezone

Additional context
Fix to use timeszones.

Close server AFTER last player leaves

Expected behavior
Once the server reaches midnight it will check for online players, if someone is online then the server will check again at some interval and close after the player leaves.

Server save even when shutdown

When the server is shutdown the script will still try and save the changes for the server that is not running.

Change this to sleep until server starts and create copy of world directory after server closes.
