Compute the IP address lists in vars.sh to remove the need for the "c-class" value from the bash functions later. Every patch script is re-assembling the IP addresses.

Adjust reporting floor for flowsheet errors up to a minimum 3 errors to trigger an alert.

Set up a new VM in Us East for Rafe to use. See if the nfs loses significant speed being in a different data center.
