  1. logistic_mixed_effects.py: Runs univariable and multivaraible logistic mixed effects model to analyze how demographic variables impact seizure freedom.
  2. forest_plot.py: Code that creates the forest plot using regression outputs from logistic_mixed_effects.py.
  3. model_bias_analysis.py: Code that tests if our NLP models have biases with respect to demographic variables.
  4. model_bias_functions.py: Helper functions for model_bias_analysis.py.
  5. generate_maps.py: Creates maps to help visualize our patient population.
  6. pipeline_utilities.py: Some helper functions and classes.
