For the atlas lookup tables, all of the regions that the atlas has need to be included. Having more regions than those found for any given subject is okay, but having less regions is not okay.

For example, if you want to use the DKT atlas, make sure the atlas lookup table you provide has all of the DKT atlas labels - even if you want to ignore certain labels, this is not where this should be done. Removing brain regions should be done in post-processing.

voxTool sometimes outputs data as floats. We need to check and handle that case.

To install VoxTool in M1/M2 macs, PyQt5 needs to be installed in a slightly different way. First, terminal needs to be executed with Rosetta (follow instructions here: https://apple.stackexchange.com/a/428769 )

Make sure you have the most updated version of pip. Then you can run the command:

pip3 install pyqt5 --config-settings --confirm-license= --verbose

Add electrode label map to subjects so that users can follow along.
