On the page displaying accounts and their balances add an input field and an "Add" button such that

• when pressing "Add" and the user entered a Stellar public key (using Stellar's key encoding), then this account is added to the table of displayed accounts
• if possible, this account is still displayed on the table even when transitioning away to another page and then coming back to the accounts page (store in some React context or even in the local storage)

When testing de-harcoding the address in a deposit, the account used for testing is correctyl mirrored in Pendulum and the assets are apparently being transfered, but this info is not visible in the Balances table since only pre-existing accounts are being displayed.

This issue is related to pendulum-chain/pendulum-prototype#35.

List all the assets that the UI can handle in a file that the UI will consume to then show balances in the /accounts page.

Note: This doesn't add more harcoded information.
Since we need to know the assets that the escrow account will accept, then this information should be already available.

• Update polkadotjs apps to incorporate this PR
• Remove our existing mods related to adding custom types to TypeInfo
• Test against our standalone chain from the spacewalk repo
