It looks like your instructor class has some attributes that apply to one specific instructor (subjectTeach, inClass), and then some other attributes that apply to a group of instructors (listOfInstructorsHereToday, countOfFullTimeInstructors, totalNumberOfInstructors, numberOfInstructorAvailableToSubstitute).
