Reproducible Research Compendium for:

Pass et al. (2018): "Constraining dayside effective temperatures of hot Jupiters through Gaussian process regression"

This paper was submitted to Monthly Notices of the Royal Astronomical Society journal. To download the compendium to your local machine, execute the following command:

git clone https://github.com/pcubillos/PassEtal2018_EmissionSpectra/

Then, cd into the cloned folder, and follow the commands from the 'compendium.sh' file. This Shell script contains all necessary instructions to reproduce the Pyrat-Bay data analysis of this article.
