Note: This RR compendium makes use of the Pyrat-Bay package, which is currently proprietary software. The full functionality of this RRC will be available once the Pyrat-Bay package gets releases for public use (late 2017).



Reproducible Research Compendium for:

Cubillos (2017), ApJ 859, 32: "An Algorithm to Compress Line-transition Data for Radiative-transfer Calculations" [Link]

To download this compendium to your local machine, run the following command:

git clone https://github.com/pcubillos/Cubillos2017_repack

Then, follow the commands in 'compendium.sh'. This Shell script contains all necessary instructions to reproduce the analysis and figures of this manuscript.

This compendium makes use of the Pyrat Bay code (Python Radiative-transfer in a Bayesian framework), which is located at http://pcubillos.github.io/pyratbay/
