The behavior should be closer to the specification

I do not intend to make ruby-texml fully conformant, but the test suite of the reference implementation and the specification document should help in finding and fixing the most obvious bugs.

Port to nokogiri

ruby-texml currently depends on the 'xmltreebuilder' library, which is old, unmaintained, and AFAIK not available as a gem.

Nokogiri seems to be the most accepted and supported XML/HTML library in the Ruby world at this time and thus the most logical replacement.

I was glad to come across this project today. I had been keeping an old version among my repos, as was not sure your original work was still available. Now that I see that you set this repo up, I will happily go ahead to delete mine. However, I see that you haven't made your lib into a RubyGem. If you want I could whip that together for you.
