Feature

It would be nice to see the slowest jobs per stage for debugging performance by stage.

Proposal

Add a new command that loops over the stages of a pipeline and calculates the 3 slowest jobs per stage.

Output should show the stages and the slowest 3 jobs per stage to the console.

Problem

Right now there are two register commands.

register-token and register-project. Both are needed to get up and running with the package.

This is cumbersome to run both of these commands.

Proposal

Combine both register-token and register-project into one single command register

This command will take two arguments, the access token and the path of the project.

Version

After this change, we should release a major bump due to any scripts that might of been using the previous commands. This would be a breaking change.
