vim-ddgr's Issues

no issue :) just a friendly request

Hi!
Nice useful plugin, this is actually not an issue at all more of a friendly request.
I use Vim in the console and am therefore dependent on command-line browsers. ddgr works very well with 'lynx' and in my case I reconfigured line 38 of your 'ddgr.vim' to:
\ execute ' terminal ++close ddgr --url-handler lynx ' . (expand('') == '!' ? '--gb --np ' : '--expand --num 2 ') . ''

ddgr1
ddgr2

'-expand -num2' only because the buffer for ddgr in vim appears in the upper part of the window.

Would it probably be an option if the split was done vertically instead of horizontally? Then ddgr and lynx could be used much more clearly in the terminal. Unfortunately I'm not able to do this myself, because I'm not a developer.
I am very pleased that you have developed this plugin and will use it for the time being as I have just set it up.
Many thanks for your work!
