VCity - Idle city

I wanted to push my coding limits, by creating a complex system that could hold additional features without imposing too much strains

It would also create a soothing virtual city to watch grow without doing anything, kind of an idle game.

The bonus is that it's also practice for buiding up a full js compilation chain with gulp
