follow case used in the Data Spreadsheet

Hello. I've noticed that the items in Nook Exchange capitalize the first letter, for example, Luxury car instead of luxury car, or Modèle du Roi Lucane instead of modèle du Roi Lucane the latter of these the game (and the in-game files) uses. Curiously, the Russian translation doesn't follow this system (модель рогача-жирафа is all in lowercase).

I'm suggesting that the JSON files be changed so that they follow the case used in the Data Spreadsheet and in-game, and I'd be more than happy to contribute to this.
