We need a component for the Kebab.

Somebody should update the pagination component to make use of the {{each}} capability added by handlebars. http://handlebarsjs.com/builtin_helpers.html (possibly using the {{@Index}} feature?)

I'll be adding the missing typography types to the typography page

This is a big one, add the horizontal nav

_pf-nav.scss includes an overwrite of tabs with a pf- prefix. Remove it and create a direct overwrite.

Review _pf-variables.scss and make sure there are no magic numbers

Expected Behavior

When an icon displays with text, the icon should just be a decorator and should not be clickable. We should not provide a pattern that combines an icon with text where the icon is clickable. Additionally, the text would be blue (like a link) and the icon would be gray.

Actual Behavior

The Icon button variation includes an example of icon with text wrapped within a button. These examples should be removed.

styleModifier doesn't work with handlebars:

This is creating technical debt, we will have to review all our components and add the styleModifier to them.
