Camera is not opening

When building the app using this command quasar build -m android --debug then downloaded APK file/App is opening in the mobile device but i was unable to access the camera for scanning the QR Code

Getting Error Messages as

NotReadableError: Could not start video source
NotFoundError: Requested device not found

Use in a cordova app in android

I used this example and implemented it in a quasar web app, and it worked fine.
However, when I build it as a cordova android plugin, with the cordova camera plugin installed, even after I set the camera permissions for this app in android, it doesn't seem to work (no camera stream image appears in the app).

Generated APK file is not opening in my Android mobile

I have cloned this project and ran the application.
It is working as expected in Web Application and in Android emulator app is opening but QR Code scan functionality is not working as the Camera is not opening.

But when i generate the APK build using quasar dev -m android command apk build is generated

When i add that apk build in my mobile device and installed it but it was not displaying any screens.

It was showing as Webpage not available
The webpage at http://...*.8080/ could not be loaded beacuse:
net:: ERR_ADDRESS_UNREACHABLE

Note: Even if there is Internet Connection also getting the same issue.
