Simple one page web application

list of political and business categories (barnacles?), within which we have ranked lists of companies/tickers which our registered users have identified as companies that they want to exclude from a basket of stocks that is comparable to the SPX

Needs:

• political and business categories (GICS?) associated with tickers
• list of tickers that we would invest in
• simple user registration -- associate an email with the website and with the plug-in
• basic ability to vote on a ticker directly on the web application
• browser plugin that highlights companies (issues/sectors?) and allows our users to vote directly on other web pages
• aggregation of the votes and weighting system to build new portfolio
• API to basic stock price information (for display)
• API to other stock fundamentals (for rebalancing the portfolio)
• display of finalized "ethical"/Beluga portfolio
