I tried both the regular AND the direct ip command...

This bug is currently unrepeatable on my end, I cannot get this bug to happen again, even by following the direct steps for installation. If someone can produce this bug again and provide some instructions, I will be happy to fix it immediately.

This bug currently occurs on my FatCow webhost server. After installing Glifcos, setting up the plugin correctly, and visiting the index.php, it will keep refreshing forever and ever.

What's the problem?

Glifcos plugin current has an issue with Windows only systems.
sys_getloadavg() is not a implemented function as of yet on Windows, and Glifcos is very reliant on that function for system CPU broadcasts.

Adjustments will be made in a quick update.
