Rgraphviz is needed to run plotAlternativesValuesPreorder but it is no longer available for the recent version of R.

The efficiency of the weightedSum function would improve vastly, if one took advantage of R's matrix multiplication. Below a minimal reproducible example:

p <- matrix(rnorm(1e5), ncol = 10)
w <- sample(1:10, 10)

bench::mark(
    base = (p %*% w)[, 1],
    mcda = MCDA::weightedSum(p, w)
)

The larger the performance table is, the larger the speedup:

• 100 rows x 10 columns matrix: ~10x faster
• 1000 rows x 10 columns matrix: ~100x faster
• 10000 rows x 10 columns matrix: ~1000x faster

Running in R studio
