clean up json keys and make API uniform
- the json keys should all be camelCase
- populations are from one source while the covid data is from CSSE. The country names aren't uniform
- define a mapping table and expose all data with some ISO standard for country names as keys (so not US / UK and Germany but DE/US/UK/IT/ES )
enable CORS
allow anyone to consume the API with CORS
Add Github action to automatically build and deploy master
- use https://github.com/actions-hub/gcloud to run
gcloud app deploy - consider enabling several live versions to support breaking changes without pissing people off
