I was trying to use the code with my custom network, and soon found the output is dependent to the query sequence.

Also, I found that repeating the query gives 'None' as output.

I attached input file I used, and output screenshots regarding the errors.

Hi, trying to run your method with your own data I have come across the following errors:
When running examples.py, it shows:

File "examples.py", line 11, in toyExample G = boolparser.readfile(rulefile) AttributeError: 'module' object has no attribute 'readfile'
And when running infer.py (without making any changes, thus, fname = 'examples/inference_test.txt') I obtain:

How could I use your examples and data to replicate them efficiently?
