• Move Breadcrumb to a section below terms called "Topics in For Tenants" or "Topics in For Landlords" and then list the child categories below in a vertical list.
• Change the Next and Previous Buttons to be simpler and just the next question without the category name. Move Next / Previous buttons into the box.
• Optimize type sizes for mobile.
• Differentiate For Tenants, Landlords and Advocates post with (maybe with bg-color, or some other indicator)

Needs to be styled for both desktop and mobile

• Add top row to house 3 or 4 posts in parent category for "Important or Key things to know".
• Move scrollspy below first row.
• Add generic scene at the top under the search.
• If category page has no sub-categories it should list tips (posts) the full width of the page (will be the same as the tag.php page).
• Fix Spacing and Typography
• Add related topics to this pages as well (if possible) to match single.php for related topics.
