On the campaigns page and elsewhere, we should have a consistent style for the slideshow arrows that we can scale accordingly

Hi all! The state map page needs a button for seattle. The list also needs to add "Forward Montana" to it. And can we add "Oregon" in front of the "Bus Project"? Thanks!

The spacing on the staff page seems a little janky, specifically the lack of spacing between each staff profile. Also, the board lists are spaced oddly - can we change those sections to be white text on the darker blue or something like that so it stands out a bit more? Totally up to y'all but would love if we could make the spacing highlight these folks a bit more.

• create color variables in sass file
• add basic colors (with tints) from designs
• add reusable classes for adding background colors behind sections on the site

Not sure if this is appropriate feedback for this stage, but from desktop browsers, the About Page dropdown bunches up against the Campaigns dropdown when you're on the campaigns page.

Redefine style that sets the global opacity for img to be more specific and it must also always have a background color.

Running into some readability issues with our staff being in two rows (plus, by random chance of last name alphabetization, when we're in two rows, all our staff of color are in one row & all our white staff are in another - creates a strange impression).

Can we please just shift this layout so it's all one long row?

I can't remember if I flagged this a while back during a flat design iteration, but let's limit line length to 75% (or maybe 2/3 or 3/4 grid -- whichever makes more sense) so that text isn't running all the way across the screen as such:

Tried to add "Local Power" image to policy greatest hits on About page. Comes up as broken image link.

On Broke AF campaign page, header image will load but the images attached to "Campaign Happenings" will not load.

My browser is always set to 90% zoom, and the homepage has a glitch in the line size:

The Local Organizing Page is not populating anything beyond the initial paragraph (including later paragraphs & header image).

Generate a search page that has autocomplete via an embeded json object of all the key data for the site. Something like:

Forward Montana logo is funky

Attempted to update main home page image on back end site, but new image is not replacing old image on front end of site.

On mobile, the responsive grid puts the 'Let's stay in touch" sign up block beneath other footer content. I think we want that to be the first item in the footer on mobile to capture sign ups.

We've tried to change the sizes of the staff pictures and make them into gifs. Because there's no coding in the text region on that page, we'll need some guidance on how to make that happen. It also doesn't look like it's a plugin.

h1 seems too large

Issue: when i click a link on the homepage to view a blog post, the page doesn't load.

On Local Organizing Page, it's currently generating logos / links (theoretically) to Alliance Affiliates. It's totally unclear however, how to feature Alliance Youth Organizing Partners. Where do we put logos & links for our Youth Organizing Partners?

As of right now, we have internal affiliate pages with not content. We don't think we need those. Would be simple enough to just have affiliate content link directly to their websites. Can we please do that?

WordPress provides a bunch of little conditional tags to a page to let you figure out what kind of page you're on. Functions like is_front_page() or is_search() to let you use one template to render different types of pages. Let's add those as boolean values or as functions (for the functions like isPage('this-is-a-page-slug').

It might make sense to just use boolean values, so that you can check which kind of page you're on:

As of right now, links are indistinguishable from other text. Can we please make them some sort of different color?

The text on the about page was old. When updated, the image was way too large. When resized, it left a large blue box next to it. Needs to be scaled down to look appropriate to the size of the text without that weird box.

As far as I can tell, "The greatest hits of Alliance policy wins" should have the same title font as "The Origin Story" but they're clearly different on the front end.

We've got a consensus that at least on the front page, we don't want the color of the photo treatment to be so close to the color of the main text. Can you make it a different shade of blue, please?

Issue: For the sign up in the footer, the input fields should appear in the footer, instead of creating a popup modal.

1. For links to content that also have an image, if the image functions as a link as well, it should have a hover state.

2. If the post title and sub title both link to the same place, the hover state should activate for both when either is hovered, versus independently.

Generate pages for posts, categories, and whatever other pages might have archive pages for their post types.

I know this falls more into styling, but just wanted to flag that there are a number of places where text flows off screen on mobile.

Let us know if you need logo stuff for them.

Issue: The horizontal and vertical spacing of the top nav seems inconsistent on different pages (shorter on the pages w/o sub-page it seems), the horizontal location of the top nav seems to change on different pages, and there are some issues with the text of the sub-nav items running into each other.

Quick design question - are these lower case fonts all different?

I don't love the "Poppin Campaigns" font as it strikes me as super cartoon-y. Is it possible to have that be the same lower case font as the others?

Hi Greg, feel free to ignore this if it's not possible for the soft launch, but we're curious if you can change the top of front page to the main blue color instead of the teal (or at least change the top banner to the blue with the all white logo)? The bottom footer is so much easier to read than the top area and I think that's because of the contrast of that dark blue.

I think y'all are pulling the wrong donate page for the site. You're using the c3 donate page and it should instead be the c4 donate page - "Support the Bus Fed Action Fund"

Figure out a way to dynamically load the correct post template based on at least the following factors:

• post_type (page, post, etc)
• archive page? (blog posts page, term archive)
