npm install

In the project directory, you put your csv file the chnage the path according to name in index.js file in first line, like

const fileName = "<Filename Without .csv extension";

Then you can run:

In the project directory, you can run for csv to txt:

npm start

And project directory, you can run for txt to csv:

npm run txttocsv
