Register DOM Nodes in React

Hi,
I saw your article and example on your Blog (https://palmer.net/blog/form-field-scroll-management-in-react).
Can you provide a full example, how to use the manager an target components?
Quite new to react so not totally update with how refs used to work compared to how they do now, but I am not seeing refs being registered in the NodeManager.
Kinda got the feeling this is because of how older refer were created.
Sandbox has a few issues as well...
๐ The npm module output seems to contain object rest/spread properties:
r=>({...r,[e]:t})
This doesn't work in latest edge (18) unfortunately (http://kangax.github.io/compat-table/es2016plus/)
Is Edge unsupported or is this more an issue with https://github.com/palmerhq/tsdx ?
Cheers!
