As soon as a stereotype is applied and eclipse has been restarted, the affected model cannot be openend anymore (using the tree view). Furthermore, experiment automation runs will fail.
In both cases these errors are thrown:

org.eclipse.emf.ecore.xmi.PackageNotFoundException: Package with uri 'org.palladiosimulator.architecturaltemplates.catalog.profiles.staticresourcecontainerloadbalancing' not found. (platform:/resource/wlcg-model/node.resourceenvironment, 20, 197) 

org.eclipse.emf.ecore.xmi.ClassNotFoundException: Class 'StaticLoadbalancedResourceContainer' is not found or is abstract.

These errors happen for all default templates in the catalog which I tested.

To work around this problem one can click several times MDSD Profiles.../Apply/Unapply Profiles on the affected model (in this case the Resource Environment Model). After about three times the Profiles Dialog pops up. Now the model can be openend and experiments automation can be executed (looks like this somehow triggers the load of the profile, but something lets the first two tries fail).

However, this should be fixed because this workaround has to applied every time eclipse is restarted and it´s really annoying. I tried to look into it but the plugin.xml seemes fine to me and I do not know where I should continue the search for this bug. Would be happy about any kind of help.
