Travis build uses pylint version 1.1.0

It works on test servers but it could happen that for some reason after configuring the email server the postfix configuration file ends up being empty.
It might be related to strict SELinux settings.

However setting the timezone on the Setup Configuration page works, after revisiting/refreshing the page the Timezone is not correctly displayed.
