The Paketo Buildpack for Watchexec is a Cloud Native Buildpack that provides the Watchexec binary tool to support reloadable processes.

Behavior

This buildpack will participate all the following conditions are met

• Another buildpack requires watchexec

The buildpack will do the following:

• Contributes Watchexec to a layer marked launch with command on $PATH

This buildpack is released under version 2.0 of the Apache License.

watchexec's Issues

watchexec can't run on Paketo Tiny Stack

This buildpack is currently set up to support the Paketo Tiny Stack in its buildpack.toml, but a recent exploration into integrating the Paketo Go buildpack with watchexec and Tilt reveals that the watchexec binary itself seems not to run on the Tiny run image due to a missing shared library on which it depends.

Since the binary this buildpack installs can't run on Tiny, the buildpack.toml shouldn't support the stack, in my opinion.
