redmine_silencer's Issues

Suppress Emails in bulk edits

When I select multiple issues and click edit (Go to the bulk edit page) I don't see the checkbox for suppressing emails. I was wondering if there is a way to do that.
Thanks

Porting to 4.x

Do You think porting plugin to Redmine 4.x ?

Thank in advance

Plugin doesn't work

Hello.

No "supress mail notification" checkbox.
Redmine 3.4.4. Ruby 2.4.3p205

Checkbox does not appear into new issue form

Rails version 4.1.12

option to suppress mails for specific projects

I'm looking for an option to suppress email notifications by projects like provided from a no longer managed project event_notifications to e.g. notify only by chat-bot on specific projects.

So nice new feature would be an config shown on the project config to disable mail notification.

suppress email notifications on New Issue

The checkbox to suppress notifications by e-mail, would also appear to register a new issue.
Often we can solve a problem via chat or another email or even through a personal order so I believe that when creating this issue who delegated the task would not need to receive an email notifying that it was registered

suppress email notifications for defined groups

Good Work!

It would be very cool and helpful if the plugin could be configured that
defined groups never get mails. The user has to be member of a
for example "Don't Spam me"-Group in that specific project for not
getting emails at all.

This would be perfect to have redmine users as responsible for Tickets,
which isn't controlled by the user itself, but by a project manager.
It helps keeping up with all issues. In this scenario, communication will be made
by email.

Thanks!

Problem with user rights?

It seems that plugin works only for users with administrator rights - if I am logged as admin, I can suppress email notification when updating an issue. However, this is not possible for other roles. Configuration via Then go to Administration > Roles and permissions and enable 'Suppress mail notifications' is not possible as such option is not available.

Checkbox does not present consistently in bulk edit mode

When bulk editing, for certain groupings of issues, the suppress email notifications checkbox does present and in others it does not, therefore not allowing me to actually suppress emails on bulk issue updates (like closing), defeating the main purpose of why I and others use the plugin.

I haven't yet narrowed down what the exact conditions are, but would be willing to dig deeper upon request from a maintainer.
